Established in 2024 in Montreal, Canada, HOK International Recruitment Inc. is a licensed recruitment agency and unique vocational training provider.

We recently acquired several companies in Asia, including Jobready Today Pty Ltd which has been preparing and training people in Asia for eight years.

With a focus on providing excellent, English-speaking Asian workers to various Canadian agricultural employers through the TFWP, we can assist employers for both long-term and short-term placements.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
We are developing pathway training programs that include real-life, practical learning based on agricultural career opportunities. This approach means that our Pathway participants are getting the training they need to prepare them to undertake an optional international job placement. We have new training centers in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand which will incorporate hands-on training for mushroom production, greenhouse vegetables, field produce growing/harvesting and plant propagation.
HANOI TRAINING CENTER
Opened in late 2019, our new training center in Hanoi, Vietnam includes three classrooms, with seating capacity of 75 participants and a fully operational garden center, complete with greenhouse, mushroom house, outdoor field farming and nursery. With more than 250 tomato plants, 600 strawberry pants and 34m2 of indoor mushroom beds, our participants able to get real practical experience relating to their chosen agricultural international job placement.
People are able to assist with the growing process of tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, vegetables and plants (propagation) as well as pruning, watering, feeding and harvesting. Delivery of workplace health and safety training and awareness is another benefit.
We have a similar training center opened in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Currently participants from Cambodia who will go to Ireland for their job placement, get to visit the Hanoi center when they come to Vietnam to submit their Visa applications. COVID restrictions has made it difficult to expand the center in Cambodia but people are still able to access our classrooms for training.
