HOW WE CAN HELP
Our goal is to start working for you, by referring good workers and providing low cost services, and then to continue working together for the long term.

Ethical Recruitment Practices
We do not charge any fees to workers for their introduction to an employer.
As a licenced recruitment company, HOK International Recruitment Inc. must comply and fully understand the laws and policies regarding foreign nationals working for Canadian employers under the TFWP.
We therefore place the utmost importance in maintaining ethical recruitment standards and also have multiple layered safety protocols in place to protect our workers from unethical and illegal practices.
In addition to holding Recruitment Licenses in Canada, we adhere to strict laws and policies mandated by Thai, Filipino, Cambodian, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Burmese governments as well as the laws and rules in place in Australia, Europe and Canada.
Our workers
Our people have agricultural backgrounds and can communicate in English – they are used to bending over/standing all day (e.g. rice fields). They work in adverse seasonal weather conditions, and have no problem with repetitive tasks. We introduce many elements of working in another country; including living and working in mixed accommodation/work areas with people from other cultures. Many have already worked in overseas positions, so they are accustomed to living and working with people from other cultures and countries

Our Training
Most of workers first contact us for training and usually complete the
6-month training program - the Pathway of Life Education. This gets them fully ready and prepared to start working for you. Together with their general agricultural working experience, they also receive practical vocational training at our Training Gardens in Vietnam and Cambodia,
This video summaries the content of the Pathway of Life Education and the 10 modules of training that participants will study over 6 months.
Our new training gardens in Vietnam and Cambodia - with participants undertaking practical preparation for their international job placement.

"The work is exactly like what I was trained in Cambodia. I prepared basic knowledge about the job. It is a job that suits my ability."
- Udon Som, Mushroom

"Before coming to work in Canada I had been trained in personality, lifestyle and working personality, by Jobready today, so we mastered everything when we stepped in"

Working for You
Low-fee, fully tailored employment options and delivery
Appreciating how difficult it is for employers around the world to choose good foreign workers, we understand the importance of providing the right people in the right way:

1. Meeting You
We want to meet you and get a clear picture of your operation and the type of people you will require.

2. Choosing employees
After visiting you and seeing first hand your operation and recruitment needs, we then begin the process of sourcing, matching and referring the right people to you.

3. Work Permit and Visa Approval
Although we do not represent them, our assistance with the immigration process has resulted in nearly 100% Visa approval rate for participants in both Canada and Ireland.
4. Commencement
We will personally escort your new workers to you to ensure a smooth transition and will be available for post placement support throughout the length of each employment contract.

REFERRALS RECRUITMENT
If you already have Asia workers and they have introduced their family members or friends to you, we would be able to meet them in Asia, screen them and assess their strengths, check they are eligible for applying for a Work Permit and process them like all of our own people.
We can do this because we offices in both Canada and across Asia, making it easier for us to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process.
